Global Stencil’s ACCU-WIPE understencil wiping rolls, made from Dupont ™  Sontara® Cleanmaster stencil cleaning fabric, improves print quality and thruput in SMT assembly environments. ACCU-WIPE rolls set the standard for maintaining clean stencils working with or without vacuum assisted wiper systems. Sontara®  Cleanmaster is the ideal material for understencil cleaning preventing smearing, bridging, solderballs and other  issues asscociated with the stencil printing process. Our stencil cleaning rolls are made from a non-woven, extra-strength material with excellent wetting characteristics, and it offers improved cleaning performance for today's sophisticated solderpaste printing machines. The stencil cleaning fabric is specially engineered for under-screen cleaning rolls, combining absorbency, strength and low-linting characteristics, along with better compatibility with vacuum assisted systems. The fabric quickly removes excess paste and adhesive deposits from stencils, which, if left untreated, could ruin the printed-circuit board.

ACCU-WIPE understencil wiping rolls using Dupont's Fine Pitch Material are designed for printing processes where maximum cleaning action and zero fibre particle generation are required. are comprised of 100% continuous filament polyester fibre that is especially absorbent and clean. The knit construction has been developed to ensure product integrity, cleaning performance and low particle generation. rolls will not scratch and become softer when wet and they maintain their strength. The physical properties of the material remain intact when used with most solvents. Sontara® Cleanmaster  features a low level of soluble extractables and has a low electrostatic charge.
